Lulu Alcantar got her cosmetology license in 1996. After one year of assisting she knew that she wanted to work behind the chair ASAP! Eager to get her hands in hair and build clientele, she went on to become a commission stylist for two years while taking extra educational courses to better herself. She then went on to rental while continuing her education at the Redken Exchange in New York, Redken symposiums in Las Vegas, the Toni&Guy Academy in Santa Monica, business and technique courses in Dallas, and tons of in-house salon education.

Lulu went on to become certified in Brazilian Blowouts and became a product knowledge educator for Toni&Guy for two years. With 17 years of experience under her belt, she continues to expand and grow as a hair stylist through experience and education, and because of her passion there is never a dull moment for her!
